Paper Submission

All papers must be written in English. Complete 7-page papers (in standard IEEE double-column format), including title, authors' names, affiliations and e-mail addresses, as well as a short abstract are required. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.

- Papers submitted by e-mail can be considered for review.

- Papers should be written and formatted using the IEEE templates:

All papers submitted to NCRETA 2014 conference must be previously unpublished and may not be considered for publication elsewhere at any time during NCRETA 2014  review period. Authors are limited to a maximum of three paper submissions.

   Submitted papers should be full papers. Authors should have their papers checked for scientific writing and grammar before submitting to NCRETA 2014.

Reviewing :

All submissions will be double-blind reviewed by at least two members of the International Program Committee. Acceptance will be based primarily on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references. The conference chair makes the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the paper.
