First National Conference on Renewable Energy Technologies and Applications

The National Conference on Renewable Energy Technologies and Applications (NCRETA) provides a forum for researchers, engineers, manufacturers, practitioners and customers on recent developments in the fields of renewable energy. This Conference will promote and disseminate knowledge concerning several topics and technologies related to renewable energy sources. The NCRETA aims to present important results to the community of renewable energy fields in the form of research, development, applications and technology.
The National Conference on Renewable Energy Technologies and Applications (NCRETA-2014) will be held on December 15-16, 2014 in Guelma, Algeria. The conference consists of keynotes, oral sessions and poster presentations. Authors from academia as well as industry are invited to submit their papers. Submissions will be peer reviewed by our international program committee on the basis of full manuscripts.
Acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication.
NCRETA 2014 is organized and sponsored by Laboratoire de Génie Electrique de Guelma (LGEG) and University 8 Mai 1945 Guelma, the conference will take place at the 8 MAI 1945 University, Guelma city (North-East of Algeria). A social program will be organized to allow visiting Hammam Meskhoutin and the Roman relics of Calama.
The city of Guelma is well known for its hammams (thermal baths), among which the most known is Hammam Meskhoutin. Besides this, the Roman relics of Calama constitute a very important archaeological legacy. Guelma has numerous archeological sites which show the wealth of the historical and tourist heritage of the city such as the Roman Theatre (4500 seats), the Roman swimming pool, the ancient relics of Thibilis, the underground lake in Bir Osmane, the caves of Djebel Taya in Bouhamdane, the climatic stations of Mount Maouna and the recreation forest of Beni Salah.
